Night Auditor Position

Join Hilton Mystic as a Night Auditor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the overnight hours. Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and balanced.
• Manage the front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Reconcile daily revenue reports and communicate discrepancies or issues to management.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and room assignments as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of nightly activities and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks overnight.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with property management systems and MS Office.
• Flexible availability to work overnight shifts.
