Outstanding full-time opportunities are available in the North Central Arkansas / Southern Missouri region for Registered Nurses in Float Pool , ICU , and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) roles on the night shift .

Float Pool RN :

•          Active RN license in the State of Arkansas or a Compact State RN License is REQUIRED

•         Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( ASN or BSN ) is REQUIRED

•         Current BLS and ACLS certifications are REQUIRED

•         At least 1 year of acute care hospital nursing experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED

•         Experience in multiple inpatient settings such as ICU , PCU , Med-Surg , and/or Telemetry is HIGHLY DESIRABLE

•         Ability to adapt quickly across units and provide safe , high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment is PREFERRED

ICU RN:

•          Active RN license in the State of Arkansas or Compact State RN License is REQUIRED

•         Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( ASN or BSN ) with current BLS and ACLS

certifications are REQUIRED

•         Minimum of 1 year of ICU or acute care hospital experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED

•         Experience caring for critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced interventions is PREFERRED

•         Strong clinical judgment , rapid assessment skills , and ability to respond effectively in high - acuity situations is PREFERRED

PCU RN :

•          Active RN license in the State of Arkansas or Compact State RN License is REQUIRED

•         Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( ASN or BSN ) with current BLS and ACLS certifications are REQUIRED

•         Minimum of 1 year of PCU , step-down , telemetry , or acute care hospital experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED

•         Experience providing care for patients requiring continuous monitoring and intermediate - level acuity management is PREFERRED

•         Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced hospital environment is PREFERRED
