A contract opportunity is available for a skilled professional to support student communication needs in a school-based setting. This role offers a structured weekly schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact across several grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Indiana licensure required for Speech-Language Pathologists in schools
• Experience supporting children with a variety of communication needs
• Familiarity with IEP requirements and process
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work within two or three school sites
• Comfort working primarily with grades 2–3, with possible assignments involving other age groups

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services in accordance with each student’s IEP
• Conduct evaluations and reevaluations to determine students’ speech-language needs
• Serve as Teacher of Record (TOR) or Teacher of Service (TOS) for all assigned students
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with team members and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for a caseload of 30–50 students
• Travel between assigned school sites as scheduled
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students to develop their communication skills

This contract position begins August 3, 2026, and runs through May 24, 2027. Candidates will work 18–21 hours per week, spread across 3–5 days. Serving a variety of young learners in multiple settings, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping students reach their full potential.
