Position Overview

EJ & Associates is growing and looking for motivated, professional individuals who are ready to build a meaningful career while helping families protect what matters most.

As a  Benefit Specialist , you will connect with individuals and families who have expressed interest in learning more about life insurance benefits. Your role is to listen, understand their needs, explain available options clearly, and help clients make informed decisions about protecting their families.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide professional training, mentorship, licensing guidance for qualified candidates who are not currently licensed, and ongoing development to help you grow.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing clients by phone and virtual communication
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate life insurance solutions
• Explain benefits and coverage in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
• Follow up with individuals who have requested information
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Maintain accurate client information and follow-up activity
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Customer service, sales, insurance, call center, healthcare, hospitality, or client-facing experience is helpful but  not required .

Licensing

Applicants who already hold a life insurance license are encouraged to apply.
