Bull Run Harley Davidson is seeking a Motorcycle Sales Consultantt to join our sales team in Manassas, VA. This is a full-time role offering competitive pay between $48,000 and $100,000 annually. We provide paid corporate customer service training, healthcare benefits, and opportunities for career advancement. Job Details Salary: From $48,000 to $100,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Manassas, VA 20110 Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and discuss suitable motorcycle options. Develop in-depth knowledge of Harley Davidson products and technology. Demonstrate the features and benefits of motorcycles to customers. Prepare quotes and explain options for new and used motorcycles. Follow up with prospective customers to support the sales process. Assist online customers by scheduling appointments. Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. Why Join Us? Work Hours This position requires weekend availability and some evening hours.

Job Requirement:Qualifications Valid motorcycle license is required. Strong desire to succeed and commitment to starting a new career. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships. Basic proficiency with computers, email, and the internet. Previous experience working with the public is a plus but not required. Valid U.S. driver's license.
