Located in Newark, OH Salary: $18 to $26 Per hour Sales Representative - Fast‑Paced, People‑Focused Role Location: Newark, OH Pay: $20-$26/hr (Salary + unlimited commissions) Type: Full‑Time Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM We're looking for a driven, people‑focused Sales Representative who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and job seekers. If you communicate well, stay organized under pressure, and find satisfaction in helping people succeed, this role may be a great fit. What You'll Do- Make high‑volume outbound calls to applicants and local businesses
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their staffing needs
- Follow up consistently and close new business opportunities
- Support applicants through the hiring process with clear communication
- Manage a busy office environment and stay organized during peak activity
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Resilience - able to handle rejection and keep moving
- Confidence speaking with decision‑makers
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced office
- Team‑oriented mindset with independent drive
- B2B sales experience preferred
