Benefits of the Part Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Competitive compensation Part Time or Per Diem schedule with work-life balance Weekly pay Flexible assignments and autonomy 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratios where you directly impact outcomes Supportive and collaborative team environment Online training and continuing education opportunities CEU opportunities and professional development Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) program Employee referral bonus program Locally owned and operated office As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist, Here’s What You’ll Do Provide home-based speech therapy services to patients experiencing communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders due to illness, injury, or medical conditions Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Assess speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions focused on improving communication, cognition, fluency, articulation, and swallowing function Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients and family members regarding therapy goals, treatment plans, safety practices, and home exercise programs Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the State of New Hampshire Minimum of one (1) year of speech therapy experience preferred Home health experience preferred, but not required Current CPR certification required Strong communication, clinical assessment, and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations preferred Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
