We establish meaningful relationships built on trust and respect. As a caregiver with FirstLight, you'll enrich the lives of your clients by helping them have their best day, every day. Your goal will be to improve their quality of life by making everyday activities easier. The work you do will bring clients joy and help them feel encouraged, involved and valued. Schedule: 4-8 hour, 10 hour, 12 hour shifts. At least every other Saturday OR Sunday required. After 1 year, PTO is earned.What You'll Do Provide comfort and companionship to your clients, prepare snacks and meals, encourage light exercise to keep clients active, help with basic housekeeping tasks, transport clients to nearby appointment or social activities, help with bathing, grooming and personal hygieneCompensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
