Merchandiser 1st shift

Sales Merchandiser Fletcher, NC

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Sales Merchandiser to support product stocking and merchandising within local retail stores. This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, organized, and working independently.

What You'll Do:

• Stock and replenish products on shelves and displays
• Rotate product to ensure freshness and proper dates
• Set up promotional displays and maintain store presentation
• Stock and organize coolers and backroom inventory
• Move product from storage to the sales floor
• Place orders for replenishment using a handheld device

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 12 years of retail or grocery store experience preferred
• Strong understanding of stocking, inventory, and backroom operations
• Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (last 7 years)
• No history of suspension, revocation, DUI/DWI, or reckless driving
• Must use personal vehicle for travel between stores
