VP of Supply Chain (Semiconductors & AI)

Operating at the intersection of semiconductor innovation, high-performance systems, and data center technology, the company is rapidly scaling its global hardware operations to meet accelerating market demand.

Supply Chain Strategy & Execution

• Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy across semiconductor sourcing, advanced components, systems manufacturing, integration, and global fulfillment for large-scale AI infrastructure deployments.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, finance, and commercial leadership to align supply chain execution with product roadmaps, customer demand, and growth objectives.

Strategic Supplier & Manufacturing Partnerships

• Build and manage executive relationships with key chip suppliers, ODM/EMS partners, and strategic manufacturing ecosystem providers.
• Negotiate long-term supplier and manufacturing agreements focused on capacity access, supply assurance, scalability, and operational performance.

Demand Planning, Forecasting & Capacity Management

• Lead forecasting, demand planning, and inventory strategies for critical semiconductor and high-performance compute hardware environments.
• Drive long-range capacity planning and supply allocation strategies in constrained component and manufacturing markets.

Risk Management & Supply Chain Resilience

• Develop mitigation strategies for supply continuity risks related to single-source components, geopolitical exposure, manufacturing concentration, and long lead-time semiconductors.
• Establish resilient sourcing and operational contingency plans to improve supply predictability, deployment execution, and business continuity.

Operational Scale

• Lead operational readiness for rapid scaling, including supplier onboarding, manufacturing expansion, and global deployment growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain organization with deep expertise across semiconductor sourcing, hardware operations, manufacturing, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in semiconductor, AI infrastructure, or high-performance hardware supply chains, including both chip sourcing and systems manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships with semiconductor suppliers, ODM/EMS partners, and global manufacturing ecosystem providers.
• Strong experience in supply planning, capacity management, and allocation strategies within constrained component and manufacturing markets.
• Ability to operate across both executive-level strategy and hands-on operational execution within fast-scaling hardware and infrastructure organizations.
