Additionally, Fellers has a dedicated sales team which is supported by best-in-class customer service and technical support professionals to deliver superior service.The Warehouse Admin is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through administrative coordination, inventory tracking, data entry, and communication with internal teams and carriers. This role helps ensure accurate order processing, shipment documentation, inventory management, and timely resolution of operational issues while maintaining organized records and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.What You'll DoPerforms administrative activities associated with warehouse operations and the prevention of inventory shrink, including performing cycle counts.Ensures that merchandise is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner; and maintains required records in conformance with company policy.Prepares shipments of materials in accordance with company policy.Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong email etiquette and communication skillsAbility to work in conjunction with warehouse operations and support off-site leadershipResolve inventory issuesManage cart locking and unallocated ordersPerform bin movesProvide excellent customer support and customer excellenceAs part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, we require all new hires to pass a background check and drug screen unless otherwise prohibited by state law.
