Job Summary The Host/Hostess is the first and last impression ambassador of the restaurant. They greet each guest with energy, enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor and provide a warm welcome and fond farewell. The Host/Hostess diplomatically handles the waitlist and special requests with a positive attitude and offers guests all available options. They stay abreast of floor plan information and seating rotation, and accurately use guests’ names and information.
