Key Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) state license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Valid Educator Certificate for the state
• Background in working with school-aged children (grades 1-12) is preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and contribute to a supportive team
• Comfort delivering onsite services; virtual considered for exceptional candidates

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate in IEP meetings as needed
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and special education staff to ensure student progress
• Provide therapy sessions individually and in groups to support optimal learning outcomes
• Consult on speech and language programs, offering resources and strategies to staff and families
