Materials Pay Rate and Hours:

• $17.50/hr
• Monday -Thursday 5 am-3:30 pm, OT as required

Materials Position Overview:

The Materials Coordinator is responsible for ensuring materials flow efficiently throughout the facility. This role includes receiving, checking in, and stocking parts, pulling and staging materials for production orders, and maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and supporting production success.

Materials Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials.
• Accurately check in materials and update inventory in the computer system.
• Pull and stage materials for production orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with warehouse organization, labeling, and cleanliness.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with production, purchasing, and materials teams to resolve shortages or discrepancies.
• Take initiative to identify and solve problems that could impact production flow.
• Support team goals by being flexible and willing to help wherever needed.

Materials Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or materials handling experience.
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred).
• Computer proficiency required – experience with inventory or ERP systems a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work independently.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Quick learner who understands the importance of pulling correct parts and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
