Job Responsibilities and Duties: Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the dietary department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Assure that quality nutritional services are provided on daily basis for the residents. Select, supervise, and motivate the dietary staff, encourage to work as a team. Requirements: Licensure/Certification: We prefer you have a current Serv Safe Certification, or be willing to get one. Experience: Experience in long-term care dietary management preferred.
