Project Manager (Creative Operations) - Streaming

Our entertainment client is searching for a Creative Operations Project Manager to support their creative team. This is more than a traditional project management role. It's an opportunity to be at the center of a world-class creative team, helping bring premium entertainment and live sports campaigns to market. You'll partner with talented designers, writers, producers, marketers and product teams to ensure bold creative ideas are executed seamlessly from concept through launch. • Pay Rate: $60.00/hour
• Location: West LA (2x per week in-office)
• Status: Temporary/contract

Responsibilities:

• Leading the execution of digital creative marketing campaigns from intake through final delivery
• Managing multiple concurrent projects across digital marketing, product marketing, brand, social and promotional initiatives
• Building project plans, timelines, creative calendars and resource schedules that enable teams to do their best work
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration between Creative, Marketing, Product and executive stakeholders
• Guiding creative review cycles, managing approvals and ensuring projects stay on track despite shifting priorities
• Identifying risks early, solving problems proactively and maintaining clear communication throughout every phase of a project
• Driving continuous improvement in creative operations by refining processes, workflows and team efficiencies

Required Qualifications:



Ideal candidates will have:

• 5+ years of experience managing creative projects within an in-house creative team, agency, media company, entertainment organization or consumer brand
• A proven track record of successfully delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Experience partnering with designers, copywriters, producers, creative directors, marketers and cross-functional business teams
• Outstanding organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to prioritize competing initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
