Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality subs with a smile Provide top-notch customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Assist with opening duties starting at 7am, including setup and prep for the day Assist with closing tasks which include mopping floors and cleaning the grill and slicer Maintain a cleanliness and organization in the store that is ‘A Sub Above’ Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about \"Mike's Way\" Follow operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service Job Requirements Must have an outgoing and energetic personality Must exhibit time management and organization skills Enjoy a fast-paced work environment Must have a strong work ethic and accountability Must be at least 18 years of age to operate the slicer Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
