Appointment Cooridinator

About the Role

Thelen Honda is looking for a motivated and energetic Appointment Cooridinator to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out online or by phone. Your primary focus will be setting appointments through inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails, and ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales team.

We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. If you enjoy talking with people, can type while you talk, and want to be part of a growing dealership, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, email, and text messages in a professional and timely manner
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to follow up on leads and schedule appointments
• Build rapport with customers while gathering key information about their needs
• Enter and update customer information accurately into the CRM system
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment handoffs
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals
• Multi-task between calls, emails, CRM updates, and team communication effectively

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to talk and type at the same time while navigating computer systems
• Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work well with others in a busy environment
• Basic to intermediate computer skills required
• CRM experience a plus (but we are willing to train the right candidate)
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience required
