Lead Specialty Engineer (Go / Cloud Native)

Lead Golang Developer Irving, TX; Charlotte, NC; Columbus, OH Job Description: 5 plus years of hands-on Go (Golang) development with strong backend/server-side expertise. Proven experience building microservices and large-scale enterprise applications. Strong Java experience: Python preferred. 3 plus years of Google Cloud (GCP) experience. Strong expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and cloud-native architectures. Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code. 2 plus years developing Generative AI solutions using OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, or similar frameworks. Strong architecture and design skills with focus on scalability, security, and performance. Hands-on self-starter capable of leading technical delivery in an agile environment. Focus: 70% Go Development | 20% GCP and Kubernetes | 10% GenAI. Pay Range: $75 - $80 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
