Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Fairmont, MN. In this role, you’ll help assemble quality HVAC components used in on-road and off-road vehicles while supporting daily production goals. If you enjoy hands-on work, repetitive tasks, and working with a team in a manufacturing environment, this temp-to-hire opportunity offers reliable hours and weekly pay.

What You’ll Do as a General Assembler:

• Assemble parts, sub-assemblies, and final products according to work instructions and drawings
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely
• Follow daily production schedules and quality standards
• Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and minimize rework
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What You Need to Bring to the General Assembler Role:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tool
• Ability to read and follow basic work instructions
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required – entry-level candidates welcome
