Leading a critical team within the Legal & Privacy engineering organization, the full-time California Licensed Senior Software Manager will oversee the development of compliance automation, risk controls, and regulatory technology platforms, ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements while managing a remote engineering team. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of software and quality engineers to deliver compliance automation, AI solutions, and risk controls Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable technical solutions and manage the engineering roadmap Serve as the senior technical voice for compliance and risk engineering, communicating effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in software engineering with 4+ years in engineering management or senior technical leadership 5+ years of experience leading machine learning and automation solutions Demonstrated experience delivering compliance, regulatory, risk, or governance technology in a large enterprise environment Working knowledge of major privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
