Clinic Receptionist

Shifts Available: Days Employment Type: Full Time Hours: 8-hour shift Location: Riverview Regional Medical Center/Gadsden Physician Management– Gadsden, AL We are seeking a Receptionist ,also referred to asaClinicReceptionistor Hospital Receptionist.TheReceptionist is the first point of contact for patients and helps create a welcoming, organized, and professionalclinicexperience. This position supports daily front office operations by answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and ensuring required paperwork is completed. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Greetpatients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Answer incoming calls and direct patients, providers, and staff appropriately Schedule and reschedule patient appointments following provider protocols Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments according to company policy Assistwith paperwork, front office tasks, and other duties or specialprojects asassigned Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
