Location: Onsite - MPK or NY and Bellevue, Washington Travel: No (May require domestic travel) Duration: 6 - 12 months Interview: 2 rounds, Zoom, 45 minutes Hiring Manager is looking for someone with previous experience in Big Tech who has directly supported Software Engineering (SWE) Teams and haven’t supported tech team specifically Brief Job Description Senior HRBP role partnering with Director/VP-level leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals. The role focuses on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, change management, employee engagement, performance management, and executive coaching. Key Requirements: 12+ years of HR experience, including 8+ years in HRBP/strategic HR roles. Strong experience partnering with VP/SVP-level executives in technology or complex organizations. Direct experience supporting Software Engineering (SWE) teams ; preference for candidates from FAANG/Big Tech. Expertise in at least 3 areas: organizational design, talent management, change management, workforce planning, employee relations, or executive coaching. Strong people analytics, business acumen, and organizational transformation experience. Bachelor's degree required; Master's/HR certifications preferred.
