Join our team in a dynamic food packaging production line role. You will be responsible for weighing out food servings and accurately packaging them into dishes. The role involves filling dishes with various types of meats, pastas, rice, and vegetables. This position requires standing for the entire shift and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate on a food packaging production line.
• Weigh out food portions for each serving.
• Fill dishes with the correct food of the day, including meats, pastas, rice, and vegetables.
• Stand for the entire shift while performing repetitive duties.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packaging and visual inspection.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks.
• Capability to stand all day and work overtime as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment ranging from 53 to 34 degrees Fahrenheit.

Work Environment

Work in a food production environment with temperatures maintained at 52-53 degrees on the production floor and 34 degrees in the weigh pack/cold room. Adhere to a strict dress code that includes wearing a hair net, smock/lab coat, and beard cover if necessary. Jewelry, including wedding rings, is not allowed on the production floor. This role requires standing for the entire shift.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fairmont, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32552.00 - $32552.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
