What You’ll Do As a Lawn Care Technician, you are more than just a technician — you are the face of our company and a trusted advisor to our clients. Every day, you’ll help homeowners create healthier, greener outdoor spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Ideal candidates will have: A strong work ethic and positive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate equipment safely Ability to stay productive and meet performance goals Experience in lawn care is a plus — but not required.
