Sample Registration Clerk

Eurofins seeks a Sample Registration Clerk to receive laboratory samples, enter testing and billing information into computer systems, and coordinate sample distribution and reporting. The role requires high school education, strong organizational skills, and availability for a Wednesday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–8:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive samples and enter testing, reporting, and billing information into computer systems per SOPs
• Handle and distribute samples to appropriate departments and external laboratory locations
• Generate daily department schedules, shipping lists, and required reports
• Maintain accurate records and files of sample information and shipments
• Collaborate with technical staff to ensure client expectations are met regarding testing and invoicing

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Proficient typing ability with accuracy and speed
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
