Engineering Project Manager (EPM) PrincipalYou will be an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) Principal on the F-22 Line of Business Engineering (LoBE) team. Specifically this position is accountable and responsible for cost, schedule, & performance of the F-22 Combined Test Force and Labs & Infrastructures teams. The EPM Leader drives the successful delivery of complex, high-impact engineering programs from concept through production. Acting as the nexus between cross-functional engineering teams, product owners, suppliers, and senior leadership, the EPM ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards. This role also mentors junior project managers, establishes best-in-class processes, and continuously improves project execution across the organization.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher with experience in Engineering, or a related STEM fieldExperience with and strong understanding of project management concepts and techniquesExperience with EVMS and/or CAMFinal SECRET security clearanceDesired Skills:Experience with F-22 Engineering and Sustainment teamsKnowledge of F-22 Command Media / Systems Engineering ProcessesCAM training and experience with IFG CAM tools & processesExperience effectively communicating status, accomplishments and challengesDemonstrated accountability and proactivityDemonstrated problem solving skillsWorks effectively with minimal guidanceWell developed soft skills interacting with internal team and customersPassion for the F-22 and the warfighterPay Information:Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
