Maintenance Make-Ready Technician

Job Overview Department: Residential Employment Type: Full Time Location: Overland Park, KS Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 / hour Salary Range: $17-$20 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location) Key Responsibilities Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard Assist with building and common area maintenance Participate in Preventative Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred) Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards Knowledge of general maintenance (e.g., electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair) Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills Prior knowledge of various building codes Minimum Qualifications Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state Benefits The company offers an array of health and wellness benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of service, including medical options, dental, vision, life & disability, FSA dependent care, legal assistance, and identity theft protection.
