Part-Time Inside Sales & Appointment Setter – Staffing

Location: Torrance, CA
Schedule: Day Shift - Approximately 30-32 hours/week. Full time available depending on performance
Pay: $21–$22/hour

Are you outgoing, motivated, and comfortable talking to people?

We're looking for a Sales & Appointment Setter to help grow our staffing business throughout the South Bay.

You'll be responsible for identifying local businesses that may need staffing support, connecting with decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for our team.

Your job is to open the door and create the opportunity. Our team will handle the sales meetings, proposals, contracts, and closing.

What You'll Do

• Identify and research potential business clients.
• Contact businesses by phone, email, and occasional in-person visits.
• Speak with business owners, HR professionals, hiring managers, and Operations Managers.
• Introduce our staffing services and identify potential hiring needs.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships.
• Track your activity and appointments in our CRM.

• Friendly, confident, and professional communication style.
• Comfortable talking to new people and making outbound calls.
• Persistent and able to handle rejection.
• Motivated by goals and earning potential.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Previous sales, recruiting, customer service, or appointment-setting experience is a plus — but we're willing to train the right person.
