Capture Director

Leading gameplay capture efforts for major Call of Duty projects, the full-time contract Capture Director will manage a team of technicians and artists to produce cinematic marketing content while collaborating with creative and technical teams in a 100% remote role. Key responsibilities: Lead and oversee a team to produce premium in-game footage for trailers and campaigns Develop shot lists and strategic capture plans aligned with marketing goals Create cinematic gameplay footage utilizing expertise in composition, lighting, and storytelling Required qualifications: Recent experience capturing gameplay for Call of Duty titles Proven track record of leading capture teams and directing capture artists Strong skills in visual storytelling and cinematography Experience within AAA game environments and knowledge of capture and editing workflows Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere
