Location: Nashville, TN 37204 Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Part-Time | Monday-Wednesday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Our client, a growing retail and ecommerce company, is seeking a Part-Time Shipping Assistant to support pick/packing, inventory control, and fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys making an impact every day.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare products for shipment according to company standards
• Create and apply shipping labels and ensure packages are ready for dispatch
• Maintain organized inventory and accurate stock levels
• Conduct inventory counts and support inventory control processes
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise

What We're Looking For

• Experience with inventory control and stock management
• Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and adapt to changing priorities
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
• Retail, shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or ecommerce experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
