Key Responsibilities of the Surgical Technologist

• Assist with c-sections and vaginal deliveries
• Perform CNA tasks such as stocking rooms and assisting with patient ADLs
• Prepare and maintain aseptic surgical environments
• Support OBGYN surgeries, including occasional tubal ligations

Requirements of the Surgical Technologist

• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience, particularly with OB procedures
