Job Title Supply Chain Coordinator Department James | Materials Management Job Description Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager or Supervisor, the Coordinator executes and administers a coordinated lean supply support system that operates efficiently and meets the needs of the clinical areas within OSUWMC. Responsibilities include storing and managing supply inventory levels in clinical areas, serving as the liaison between the Distribution & Logistics Team and all clinical departments, maintaining records such as dates of requisitions, delivery verification, invoice price confirmation, back‑orders, implant pricing, and ensuring accurate tracking of supply data including back orders, manufacturer numbers, expiration dates, product recalls, and lot numbers. The Coordinator implements and maintains the two‑bin Kanban system, maintains all required documents for accurate requisitioning, and demonstrates an effective combination of analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Minimum Qualifications High school graduate with at least one year of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (inventory control experience in a hospital setting preferred). Additional Information Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Location: James Cancer Hospital (0375). Position Type: Regular. Scheduled Hours: 36.
