Patient Services Coordinator

Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a PRN (as needed) position in our clinic for a Patient Services Coordinator. Patient Services Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) is responsible for coordinating services for patients receiving care from their provider. PSC must be able to manage all aspects of their patients' medical records, and provide support functions for the assigned provider. Must perform all these duties in a calm and pleasant manner, while performing duties accurately and in a timely manner.
- Mostly Monday-Friday daytime hours, with some night and weekend rotation.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience in a customer service setting.
- Mandatory Reporter training certificate is a plus; certification is required as an employee.

Floyd Valley Healthcare has had a rich history of serving the healthcare needs of people in Le Mars, Iowa and the surrounding communities. Today Floyd Valley includes the hospital, family medicine clinics in Le Mars, Marcus and Remsen, public health and Park Place Estates Assisted Living. We serve people in their homes through home health and home medical services. Floyd Valley Healthcare is licensed by the State of Iowa, affiliated with the Avera System of Sioux Falls, South Dakota and is a member of the Iowa and American Hospital Associations.
Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and employee health review including required immunizations are required. FVH participates in E-Verify.
