What You’ll Do Single point ofcontact for Owner-Furnished Equipment (OFE) & Long-Lead Equipment (LLE) Develop tools,trackers, and processes to align equipment deliveries with constructionschedules including the collection, organization, and application of lessonslearned Provide support in thedevelopment of process improvement, including supplier/vendor purchase orderstructure, constructability standards, and changes to roles/responsibilities Build and maintainrelationships with vendors/suppliers to cultivate trust and cooperation throughall stages of the project lifecycle. Drive recurringmeetings with all suppliers/vendors as necessary to achieve project success Foster a strong working relationship with RCSMand their respective teams so communication is transparent for the timelyissuance of equipment purchase orders Maintain constantcommunication with the Lead Project Manager to be sure he/she understands thesequence/logic of equipment deliveries, delay risks, and change requests Work with GC toidentify risks & opportunities for equipment delivery & scope gaps Coordinate with DataCenter Engineering, Commissioning teams, GC, and Lead Project Manager toschedule, organize, and attend Factory Witness Testing (FWT) and Factory QA/QCvisits as requested by the Owner’s team. Meet with the LeadProject Manager, Scheduler, and GC to understand equipment dependencies to meetconstruction sequence and vet schedule logic Communicate siterequirements with suppliers/vendors that could impact schedule & cost. Work with the Financeteam to ensure critical milestone dates are accurate, updated, and communicatedto project stakeholders in a timely manner. Manage specific issuesrelating to owner-furnished equipment, such as quality, logistics, delays,cashflow, submittals, delivery schedules, LLE Pre-Purchase Specifications, andGoogle’s Global LLE Tracker. What You'll Need Minimum 5 years’ experience. 2 years of experience on constructionprojects. Excellent communication skills. Proficient with Computers Good understanding of building networks. Ability to plan and organize a team effort. Good client management and building goodwill. Capacity to motivate, lead and boost morale ofteams. Effective time management and logicaldecision-making ability. Strong focus on quality and safety. Applicantsmust be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need forvisa sponsorship now or in the future.
