About the Role:
Join Lilly's Mobile Dog Grooming as a Mobile Dog Groomer and bring joy to pets and their owners! In this exciting role, you'll provide top-notch grooming services right at the customer's doorstep in the Los Angeles area, ensuring every dog looks and feels their best.
Responsibilities:
- Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, and nail clipping for various dog breeds.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for pets during grooming sessions.
- Maintain grooming equipment and mobile unit cleanliness and organization.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners about their dog's grooming needs and care.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Handle dogs with care and compassion, ensuring their well-being at all times.
- Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently to maximize service delivery.
- Stay updated on grooming trends and techniques to provide the best service possible.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a dog groomer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Certification in pet grooming or related field preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of various dog breeds and grooming techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor with pets and clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for mobile service.
- Passion for animals and commitment to providing outstanding care.
- Ability to lift and handle dogs of various sizes comfortably.
