Team Lead Position Job Overview: Panchero's Mexican Grill is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Team Leads to join our dynamic team. Job Duties Food Prep & Burrito Building Customer Service Leadership & Employee Management Cash Handling Kitchen and Restaurant Sanitation Other duties as assigned Qualifications Leadership experience required (no formal education required). Physical Requirements Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
