Operating Room Registered Nurse

Role: Operating Room RN responsible for providing expert perioperative care in a dynamic surgical setting. Key Responsibilities Assess and prepare patients for surgery, ensuring safety and readiness. Serve as a circulating and/or scrub nurse, maintaining sterile technique. Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld throughout surgical procedures. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams. Advocate for patients and families, supporting post-procedure transitions. Qualifications & Skills Proven expertise in perioperative nursing and surgical procedures. Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and patient safety protocols.
