Qualities Of A Custodian Hard-working Goal-oriented Able to work independently Responsible Can take charge of a situation Punctual Able to Multi-task What Custodians Do Efficiently working throughout the entire work shift to clean client buildings (dusting, mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, and trash pulling) Maximizing the quality of service delivered to our customers and presenting a good company image Using supplies and equipment properly to clean buildings Continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service.
