About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Acute Care Float Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years required, critical care experience preferred License: Current RN license in good standing Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Step-down experience; travel experience preferred Description: Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit. Lead and support the nursing team effectively. Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care. Support a healing culture for the patient population and their families. Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations. Engage in a shared governance model for nursing practices. Participate in interdisciplinary support and collaborative care efforts. Maintain a focus on adult and geriatric patient populations. Provide care across various units as needed.
