In this sales‑focused role, you engage guests as a brand ambassador, introduce the vacation ownership experience, and invite qualified prospects to attend award‑winning vacation presentations.How You’ll ShineRepresent Travel and Leisure as a positive, professional brand ambassadorEngage prospective customers and incentivize them to attend sales preview toursQualify guests based on company guidelinesSchedule tour reservations and collect required depositsCompensationPay: $19.00 per hour, with commission opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet, present, and incentivize prospective customers while following all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements (80%)Attend training sessions and department meetings, stay current on marketing materials and industry trends, and set and review performance goals (20%)What You'll BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredSales and/or marketing experience preferred, not requiredAbility to meet and maintain production standards.Schedule flexibility is required. Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.Strong verbal and written communication skillsTeam‑oriented with the ability to work in a shared environmentProficient with MS Word, MS Excel, general computer skills, and smart devicesThis is a high‑energy opportunity with strong earning potential and room for growth.
