What You'll Do

As an Early Childhood Educator, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a love of learning and discovery in young children. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that inspire curiosity and creativity.
- Providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and encouraged.
- Observing and documenting developmental milestones to support each child’s unique growth.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing standards.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
