Responsibilities:

• Assist in the teardown process of various automotive components and systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to disassemble parts accurately.
• Document and report any discrepancies or issues found during teardown.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support inventory management by tracking parts and materials during teardown.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and productivity.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive or mechanical assembly is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects as required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
