The job offers competitive compensation up to $195/hour based on years of experience, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and medical professional liability insurance.The hospital features an 8-room main OR, cath lab, endo, with 357 beds and performs 12,500 cases annually in various specialties such as general, colorectal, ortho, spine, thoracic, cardiac, vascular, cath lab, EP Lab, IR, endo, OB/GYN, ENT, podiatry, plastics, and some pediatrics. OB cases total 2,500.Responsibilities include participation in call (24 hours in-house, 24 hours OB, second call from home), practicing to the full scope of CRNA duties, and offering flexibility with 8- or 12-hour shifts and call shifts. Post-call day off after the first call is provided. The hospital operates under a collaborative MD/CRNA model.
