What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient urological consultations and treatment during clinic hours
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage, including emergencies and urgent cases
• Support core urological procedures, including vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, and minor surgeries
• Manage complex patient cases, including high-acuity and urgent scenarios
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers (APPs) and support staff
• Perform minimally invasive and robotic surgeries as per scope of practice
• Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR system
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment focused on patient-centered care

What You Need

• Active PA Medical License or IMLC LOQ
• DEA license
• BC or BE in Urology
• Minimum of 1-year post-certification experience
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on surgical procedures and patient consultation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

This position is based at a leading facility in York, PA, offering a mix of clinic and surgical procedures including robotic surgery across a facility with 16 operating rooms. The role involves managing diverse urological cases with a support team of office/clinic staff, including nurses and medical assistants.
