Production Associate

Overview

Immediate positions available in Clinton, TN! We are seeking dedicated individuals for 12-hour rotating night shifts from 7:30 pm to 7:50 am at a competitive rate of $18/hour. Join our dynamic production team where you will play a crucial role in safely operating production equipment to manufacture thermoplastic pellets. Your primary responsibilities will include blending and loading raw materials, operating extrusion lines, and packaging products to meet customer specifications. Maintaining product quality and ensuring a clean and safe work environment are essential aspects of this role.

Responsibilities
Execute resin blending and material retrieval from staging areas.
Operate extrusion machinery and conduct packaging processes.
Perform bulk loading procedures for rail cars and seatainers.
Handle 50 lb. bag loading tasks.
Conduct product sampling, inspection, and equipment monitoring.
Complete various tasks related to production processes.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to work in a plant floor environment with variable temperature conditions.
Capability to work 12-hour shifts, predominantly standing or walking.
Experience with manual labor, troubleshooting, and computerized equipment.
Proficiency in handling heavy motorized equipment, such as fork trucks.
Steel-toed boots are required.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a similar production environment is an advantage but not required. Candidates showing potential may progress to a Senior Operator position upon skill verification.
