Work Now Staffing is looking for a Production Shift Supervisor for our valued client in York. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Shift: Training will be on 1st Shift 7:00am - 7:00pm, rotating schedule, Once trained you will be assigned to a 12 hour shift working Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and rotating Saturdays 7:00pm - 7:00am
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Job Duties:
- Managing production floor
- Experience managing 40+ production workers per shift
- Quality control
- Troubleshooting production equipment
- Experience with Commingle machines and/or prior work history in a mailing facility is a plus
Knowledge of some or all of the following equipment is preferred:
- Sitma polybaggers
- Mosca strappers
- Rima stackers
- Domino printers
- ECS / Fastech controllers
- Co-Mail machines
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be flexible to work weekends
- Must be flexible woirking on other shifts for coverage
- Previous expereince in a supervisory/management role
- Computer skills
- Communiaction skills
