Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to managing a book of business and ensuring exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days remote, 2 days in-office) after the completion of training. Compensation Package Salary Range : $55,000 - $65,000 annually Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance Remote Work : Hybrid schedule available (3/2 split) after training Responsibilities Manage and maintain a book of business for personal lines accounts Handle client communications via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses Provide quotes for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients Qualifications/Requirements Licensure/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (5+ years preferred) Proven ability to manage standard personal lines accounts Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and client satisfaction #LI-MS3 The Jonus Group
