Mount Olivet Rolling Acres - MORA - is a diverse and inclusive nonprofit that supports adults, seniors and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities, behavioral health needs as well as age-related and chronic medical conditions in the Twin Cities metro. MORA is seeking a motivated, highly experienced and inspiring visionary leader to be its next Executive Director. This individual is responsible for the overall success of the organization's mission by providing leadership and overseeing the day-to-day operations with a focus on organizational excellence. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this individual must be passionate about a commitment to ensure the continued health, growth, and sustainability of the organization.
Job Summary: The Payroll Administrator is directly responsible for all payroll processing, tasks and reports.
Essential Job Functions & Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Direct responsibility for executing all biweekly payroll processing tasks in ADP Workforce Now.
- Responsible for all tax, compliance, accounting, and management reports from ADP.
- Work cooperatively with operating managers and Human Resources team to ensure timecard and other payroll data is correct and on time.
- Ensure payroll records are maintained in accordance with FSLA standards.
- Responsible for training operating managers on timecard and other payroll processes.
- Other payroll related tasks and reports as assigned.
- Works harmoniously with and shows due respect for other employees, supervisors, vendors, and clients.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field or Certified Payroll Professional
- 4-years of experience processing payroll
- Experience creating custom reports in ADP.
- Basic Excel Microsoft skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll software.
- Must pass Department of Human Services background check and maintain qualified status.
- Must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the Office of Inspector General
- Must be able to successfully complete company's basic job skills assessment.
- If using own vehicle for company business, must have a current valid driver's license and must have insurance as required by state law.
