This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transportation technology consulting field in areas including:Vehicle transportation electrificationConnected and automated vehiclesAdvanced vehicle technologiesThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and proven leadership experience within a research or consulting environment.What You Will DoPartner with Program Directors to understand and define data analysis requirementsReview project scopes of work and translate them into actionable task assignmentsDevelop data analytics strategies to support proposal (RFP) responsesAssess research and data needs to enhance transportation data analysis servicesOversee data aggregation, validation, and review processesInterpret, translate, and present technical findings to stakeholdersLead, mentor, and inspire a team of data professionals to deliver high-quality solutionsDefine and execute vision, strategy, and architecture for data systems and analyticsTeam Leadership & SupervisionSupervise a team of senior and junior data analystsProvide coaching and mentorship to support technical growth and performanceFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellenceTechnical ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to integrate data from multiple sourcesUtilize cloud and open-source tools for data ingestion, transformation, and quality assuranceLeverage technologies such as Azure Data Factory and dbt for automated workflowsDesign and maintain SQL databases optimized for analytical use casesBuild and maintain scalable data infrastructure using Azure cloud servicesImplement data quality checks, testing methods, and long-term consistency controlsIdentify and automate manual processes and data delivery workflowsCreate and maintain orchestration pipelinesAssemble large, complex datasets aligned with business and research requirementsContinuously improve processes for data collection, cleaning, and managementRequired QualificationsStrong expertise in data analysis, data engineering, or related fieldExperience in project management and team leadershipProficiency with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics toolsDemonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsPreferred QualificationsExperience in transportation, energy, or mobility sectorsFamiliarity with EV infrastructure, connected vehicles, or emerging transportation technologiesBackground in consulting or applied research environmentsTarget Compensation$125,000 - $130,000DOT RequirementsIf applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.Compensation Range$107,900.00 - $161,900.00CurrencyUSDTypeSalaryAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
